摘要
随着城市建设不断发展,存在较多高层建筑高空大跨度连廊现场浇筑施工作业,无法采用传统落地式满堂支撑架方式。结合高空大跨度多层型钢混凝土连体结构的工程实际,采用抗剪键和高强螺栓实现钢牛腿与预埋钢板的快速装配与拆卸,开发了一种贝雷梁结合新型装配式牛腿的支撑结构;基于ANSYS有限元软件,计算分析了牛腿的应力分布,包括背板、顶板、底板、支撑板。结果表明,所开发的新型装配式牛腿满足工程的可靠性要求,具有安全、经济、高效的特点。
With the developing of urban construction,many high-rise buildings with high-altitude and large-span corridors require on-site concrete pouring constructions which cannot be fulfilled with the traditional floor-to-ceiling support frame method.Combined with the engineering practice of high-altitude and large-span multi-layer steel-concrete conjoined structures,shear keys and high-strength bolts are used to realize the rapid assembly and disassembly of steel corbels and embedded steel plates,and the support structure consisting of the new pre-fabricated corbel and Bailey beam is developed.Based on ANSYS finite element software,the stress distribution of the corbel is calculated and analyzed,including the back plate,the top plate,the bottom plate and the support plate.The results show that the new pre-fabricated corbel meets the reliability requirements of the project,and is featured by safety,economy and high efficiency.
