汽机混凝土台板高支模钢管柱可调式支撑体系施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 由于核电站汽机台板是直接承受汽轮机组自重和动荷载的主要受力构件,结构复杂、承载力大,若采用传统支撑体系,会出现材料用量大、占用周期长、作业空间小、安全风险系数低、人力成本高等难题。以红沿河核电站气机台板施工经验为基础,通过数值建模进行汽机台板高支模钢管柱可调式支撑体系力学性能、稳定性计算分析,同时,辅以现场预压模拟试验优化该支撑体系施工逻辑。研究结果表明,汽机台板高支模钢管柱可调式支撑体系可有效提高机组基础和埋件施工精度,提高高支模支撑架周转率,降本增效。 Due to the complex structure and large load bearing of the steam engine platform in nuclear power plant,the large material consumption,long occupation period,small working space,low safety risk factor and high labor cost will occur if the traditional support system is adopted.Based on the experience of Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant platform construction of steam engine,the mechanical properties and stability of the high formwork steel tube column adjustable support system through numerical modeling are calculated and analyzed,and the construction logic of the support system with the help of field preloading simulation test is optimized.The results show that the adjustable support system can effectively improve the construction accuracy of the foundation and embedded parts of the unit,improve the turnover rate of the support frame,reduce cost and increase efficiency.
