基于Revit二次开发的基坑工程施工监测系统设计

摘要 为降低施工项目监测值偏差,设计基于Revit二次开发的基坑工程施工监测系统。在硬件设计时选取中央处理器、虚拟动作器等装置组成系统架构采集施工数据;软件设计时根据各项目施工特点,二次开发Revit程序,构建Revit基坑开挖模型,将监测数据输入至该模型中,生成表示监测数值推进变化的空间效应曲线和表示时间变化的时空效应曲线,获取精确数据变化量,实现基坑工程施工监测。在实验阶段以施工项目的沉降值、位移、水位高程为对比指标进行实验分析。实验结果表明,采用设计系统时,相比其他2组常用系统分别降低水平和竖直位移监测值偏差在0.47,0.56 mm;轴力监测值偏差分别减小11.11,10.83 kN;沉降监测值偏差分别减小0.79,0.55 mm,说明其监测结果更加准确。 In order to reduce the deviation of monitoring values of construction projects,a foundation pit construction monitoring system based on the secondary development of Revit was designed.During the hardware design,the central processing unit,virtual actuator and other devices were selected to form the system architecture to collect construction data;During the software design,according to the construction characteristics of each project,the Revit program was redeveloped,the Revit foundation pit excavation model was constructed,and the monitoring data was input into the model to generate the spatial effect curve representing the change of monitoring value and the space-time effect curve representing the change of time,so as to obtain the accurate data change and realize the construction monitoring of foundation pit engineering.In the experimental stage,the settlement value,displacement and water level elevation of the construction project were used as the indicators to carry out experimental analysis.The experimental results show that when the design system is adopted,the deviation of horizontal and vertical displacement monitoring values is reduced by 0.47 mm and 0.56 mm respectively compared with the method in literature[1]and literature[2];The deviation of axial force monitoring value decreases by 11.11 kN and 10.83 kN respectively;The deviation of settlement monitoring value is reduced by 0.79 mm and 0.55 mm respectively,indicating that the monitoring result is more accurate.
