摘要
基于杭州景芳单元超深井筒基坑工程项目,根据周边环境的复杂情况、水文地质条件及基坑特点分析工程技术难点,结合地下结构设计选择适宜的基坑支护方案,并采用分层开挖、地下水位控制等措施来控制基坑开挖产生的变形。采用PLAXIS3D有限元软件建立基坑开挖三维模型,对基坑的分层开挖、内墙逆作过程进行动态模拟,分析开挖过程对支护结构及周围环境的影响。对比分析数值模拟结果与现场实测数据表明,"地下连续墙结合内墙逆作"的设计方案有效的控制了基坑开挖对周围环境的影响;基于HS-Small小应变土体本构的三维有限元模型能较好地模拟预测开挖过程中支护结构及邻近土体的变形发展。通过对本超深井筒基坑工程的分析介绍,可为今后类似工程的设计和施工提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the foundation pit project of super deep wellbore in Jingfang unit in Hangzhou,according to the complex situation of surrounding environment,hydrogeological conditions and characteristics of foundation pit,the engineering technical difficulties were analyzed.Combined with the underground structure design,the appropriate foundation pit support scheme was selected,and the stratified excavation,underground water level control and other measures were adopted to control the deformation caused by foundation pit excavation.PLAXIS3D was used to establish a three-dimensional model of foundation pit excavation.The dynamic simulation of stratified excavation and reverse construction process of inner wall was carried out,and the influence of excavation process on supporting structure and surrounding environment was analyzed.The comparison between numerical simulation results and field measurement data shows that the design scheme of"underground diaphragm wall combined with interior wall reverse construction"can effectively control the impact of foundation pit excavation on the surrounding environment;the three-dimensional finite element model based on HS-Small can simulate and predict the deformation development of supporting structure and adjacent soil during excavation.Through the analysis and introduction of the super deep wellbore foundation pit project,it can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects in the future.
