吡唑-3-甲酸和4,4'-联吡啶桥联金属铜配合物晶体的制备、磁性及生物活性 被引量:2

Preparation, magnetism and biological activity of copper(Ⅱ) complex constructed by pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid and 4,4’-bipyridine

摘要 在水热条件下,以吡唑-3-甲酸(H_(2)pca)作为第一配体、4,4'-联吡啶为第二配体及Cu^(2+)离子作为金属中心,制备了金属铜配合物[Cu(pca)(4,4'-bpy)]_(n),并用X射线晶体衍射仪对配合物的晶体结构进行了表征.实验发现:在标题配合物中第一配体pca^(2-)离子和第二配体4,4'-bpy同时桥联金属铜离子,形成二维配位层状结构聚合物.磁性测量表明配合物中的铜离子之间存在反铁磁相互作用.生物活性实验发现标题配合物对大肠杆菌(E.coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(S.a)均有较好的抗菌活性. Pyrazole carboxylic acid and its derivatives and pyridine and its derivatives are good ligands which struc-tures contain N and O atoms.The ligands have high elec-tronegativity and strong coordination ability,which can react with metal cations and electron deficient groups to form new bridged complexes.There are multiple substitu-tion sites in the pyrazole ring and they have good biological activity.In addition,the complexes syn-thesized by pyrazole and its derivatives with metals have magnetic properties and antibacterial activi-ties.In this paper,a magnetic and biological bifunctional metal complex[Cu(pca)(4,4'-bpy)]_(n) has been prepared by hydrothermal of metal copper cation Cu^(2+)with pyrazole-3-formic acid(H_(2)pca)as the first ligand and 4,4'-bipyridine(4,4'-bpy)as the second ligand.The crystal structure of the title complex was determined by X-ray crystal diffractometer.Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis ex-plains that the title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space with space group P21/c,the unit cell parameters are a=0.536(2)nm,b=1.455(4)nm,c=1.088(5)nm,β=95.723(3)°,V=84.461(6)nm3,Z=4,D=2.305 g·cm^(-3),μ=2.563 mm^(-1),F(000)=504.The CCDC number of the title complex is 1899559.The asymmetric unit of the title complex consists of one metal Cu(Ⅱ)cation center,one pca^(2-)as first ligand and half 4,4'-bpy as second ligand.Cu(1)cation is five coordi-nation with tetragonal cone coordination mode.The trans position of the pca^(2-)ion and two Cu(Ⅱ)cations which isμ2 mode bridge to form a hexagonal Cu_(2)N_(4) ring with bimetallic center.O(1)ii and its symmetrical atoms from the pca^(2-)ion coordinate with the metal center,and two adjacent hexagonal Cu_(2)N_(4) rings are connected along the a-axis to form a ladder coordination polymer chain.Because the second ligand is 4,4'-bpy,two N atoms at 4 and 4'positions can coordinate with two metal centers at the same time.4,4'-bpy acts as a secondary connector to connect two adjacent coordination polymer chains to form a two dimensional coordination polymer layer.The infrared spectrometry spectra shows that the title complex contained aromatic ring,carboxylic acid and nitrogen heterocycle.It can be seen from the thermogravimetric curve that the title complex has good thermal stability.X-ray dif-fraction patterns show that the polycrystalline samples are pure phase with less impurity.The mag-netic measurement shows that there is antiferromagnetic interaction between copper cation in the title complex.Bioactivity tests indicates that the title complex has antibacterial activity against gram posi-tive Staphylococcus aureus and gram negative Escherichia coli.
