摘要
目的评价门诊分诊导诊前移在儿科特需门诊中的应用效果。方法择取2018年1月至2021年1月首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院特需门诊98例患儿为研究对象,根据入院时间不同将其分为对照组(2018年1月至2019年6月)和研究组(2019年7月至2021年1月),每组各49例。对照组予以常规分诊挂号指导,研究组予以门诊分诊导诊前移。比较两组的错号率、挂号询问时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、护理质量满意度。结果研究组无错号情况,低于对照组的10.20%(P<0.05)。研究组的挂号询问时间短于对照组,SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理质量总满意度为97.96%,高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)。结论应用门诊分诊导诊前移的效果显著,可降低错号率,缩短挂号询问时间,在降低患儿焦虑心态的同时提升其对于护理质量的满意度,有利于诊治过程顺利开展,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of forward triage referral forward in pediatric special needs clinic.Methods From January 2018 to January 2021,98 children were selected from the Special Outpatient Department of Beijing Children’s Hospital,Capital Medical University.They were divided into the control group(January 2018 to June 2019)and the study group(July 2019 to January 2021)by the difference in time of admission,49 cases in each group.The control group received routine triage registration guidance,and the study group received outpatient triage referral forward.The probability of wrong number,registration inquiry time,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and nursing quality satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no wrong number in the study group,which was lower than that in the contr ol group(10.20%)(P<0.05).The registered inquiry time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and SAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing quality in study group(97.96%)was higher than that in control group(85.71%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of outpatient triage referral forward in the outpatient department has a significant effect,can reduce the probability of wrong number,shorten the time of registration and inquiry,and reduce the anxiety of children and improve their satisfaction with the quality of care,which is conducive to the smooth development of the diagnosis and treatment process and worthy o f promotion.
