摘要
研究单一乳化剂和复配乳化剂在石蜡乳化过程中的作用效果,考察了乳化剂用量、制备速度、制备时间、乳化设备对乳液性能的影响。通过激光粒度仪、离心机对乳液性能进行表征。结果表明:单一乳化剂制备得到的石蜡乳液粒径为40~50μm,乳液储存稳定性≤1 h,分散性为三级;复配乳化剂制备得到的石蜡乳液粒径为0.5~1μm,乳液储存稳定性>24 h,分散性为一级。通过制备两种不同类型的储能石蜡乳液,为石蜡类微胶囊相变材料的灵活制备提供了新可能性。
The effect of single emulsifier and compound emulsifier in the emulsification process of paraffin wax was studied, and the effects of emulsifier dosage, preparation speed, preparation time and emulsification equipment on the emulsion properties were investigated. The emulsion properties were characterized by laser particle size meter and centrifuge. The experimental results showed that the particle size of paraffin emulsion prepared by single emulsifier was in the range of 40~50 μm, the storage stability of emulsion was less than 1 h, and the dispersibility was grade III;The particle size of paraffin emulsion prepared by compound emulsifier was in the range of 0.5~1 μm, the storage stability of emulsion was more than 24 h, and the dispersibility was grade I. By preparing two different types of energy storage paraffin emulsions, the paper can provide new possibilities for the flexible preparation of paraffin-based microencapsulated phase change materials.
