摘要
以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)部分取代聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG),制备主链中含有碳碳双键的水性聚氨酯。当NCO与—OH的比值分别为2.6、3、4时,分析HTPB占软段摩尔分数分别为0、5%、10%、15%及20%时制备的水性聚氨酯在BOPP薄膜上的180°剥离强度,当NCO/OH为2.6时,乳液适用于油墨连接料。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、静态接触角测量仪、UV固化箱测试其结构、表面性能、表面固化效果。并且软段中HTPB含量对乳液粒径、表面能及力学性能均有影响。结果表明,当NCO/OH为2.6时,随着软段含量的增加,乳液在BOPP薄膜上剥离强度可达16.63 N,界面张力下降至1.13 mN/m,胶膜表面能减小至25.44 mJ/m^(2)。采用HTPB改性聚氨酯配制油墨,UV固化后的油墨在BOPP薄膜上的附着牢度可达100%,具有较好的抗粘连性和耐水性。
Waterborne polyurethane with C=C double bonds in the main chain was prepared by partially replacing polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG)with hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB).When the NCO/OH ratios were 2.6,3,4,the molar fraction of HTPB in the soft segment was changed to 0,5%,10%,15%and 20%to prepare waterborne polyurethane,and the 180°peeling strength of the emulsion on the BOPP film was tested.When NCO/OH was 2.6,the emulsion was suitable for ink binder.Use Fourier infrared spectrometer,static contact angle measuring instrument,UV curing box,etc.to test its structure,surface performance,surface curing effect,etc.The content of HTPB in the soft segment had effect on the particle size,surface energy and mechanical properties of the emulsion.The results showed that when the NCO/OH was 2.6,with the increase of the soft segment content,the peel strength of the emulsion on the BOPP film can reach 16.63 N,the interfacial tension dropped to 1.13 mN/m,and the surface energy of the film decreased to 25.44 mJ/m^(2).Using HTPB-modified polyurethane to formulate ink,the UV-cured ink had 100%adhesion fastness to BOPP film,and had good adhesion resistance and water resistance.
