摘要
在课程思政教育改革背景下,进行“管理学A”课程建设与实践,能够进一步提升管理学课程德育价值,将立德树人根本任务落到实处。文章论述了工商管理专业核心课程“管理学A”课程思政的必要性,提出了该课程思政建设的总体思路,深入挖掘课程思政元素并构建德育元素库,借助多元教学方式精准融入课程思政元素,并进行了课程思政的教学设计。最后通过调查问卷方式对课程思政实施效果进行了评价,结果表明课程思政实践能够提高学生对课程的喜爱度,提升授课质量;同时,有助于学生回归学习初心、牢记专业使命,把课程学习与国家的经济发展目标相结合,服务国家社会,实现人生价值。
Under the background of curriculum ideological and politics,the construction and practice of Management A can further improve its moral education value.The paper discusses the necessity,construction ideas and teaching design of curriculum ideological and politics.Finally,the implementation effect of curriculum ideological and political practice is tested.The results show that curriculum ideological and political practice can improve the popularity of the course and improve the quality of teaching.At the same time,it is helpful for students to return to their original learning minds and professional missions,and realize their life values.
