基于“取象比类”法探讨肝细胞铁代谢紊乱与肝纤维化中医病机的关联 被引量:12

Exploring the Relationship Between Hepatocyte Iron Metabolism Disorder and Hepatic Fibrosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on the Method of Analogism

摘要 中医药在肝纤维化的治疗中具有独特的优势,但其中医理论的现代分子生物学机制仍未充分阐明。肝细胞是发挥肝脏合成代谢功能、调节铁代谢的重要场所,其调节铁蛋白储存和铁代谢的功能似与中医“肝藏血,主疏泄”理论相契合。本文采用“取象比类”法将肝细胞铁死亡与中医理论结合,提出肝纤维化中医基本病机“正虚血瘀”的现代分子生物学机制可能与铁过载诱导肝细胞铁死亡有关,为中医理论分子机制的阐明及创新中药研发提供新的思路。 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has unique advantages in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis, but its molecular biological mechanism has not yet been completely elucidated. Hepatocyte is an important place to exert anabolic functions and regulate iron metabolism. Its function of regulating ferritin storage and iron metabolism seems to be consistent with the theory of liver concealing blood and dominating diffusion in TCM. The analogism method is used in this article to combine the hepatocyte ferroptosis with the theory of TCM, thus proposing that the molecular mechanism of "qi deficiency and blood stasis" of hepatic fibrosis in TCM may be related to iron overload-induced hepatocyte ferroptosis. This article may provide new ideas for the elucidation of the molecular mechanism of TCM theory and the development and innovation of TCM.
