全过程视角下校园欺凌的治理研究 被引量:1

Research on the Governance of School Bullying From the Perspective of Whole Process

摘要 校园欺凌事件不仅影响学生的心理健康和生命财产安全,还关乎家庭、学校,甚至是国家的声誉和形象,因此,亟需解决校园欺凌问题。本文基于校园欺凌事件带来的严重后果和影响,使用事故致因“2-4”模型,从组织和个人层面剖析校园欺凌产生的原因,提出校园欺凌的治理路径,并研究欺凌事件中家庭、学校和社会的作用。结果表明:家庭、学校和社会对个体有着直接的影响,不仅影响个体的行为习惯养成,还影响个体的价值观和道德素养的形成;个体行为也会反过来影响组织行为;校园治理需多方联动,社会、学校、家庭承担教育责任,加强学生个人良好行为习惯和道德素养的形成,提升学生自控和自保能力。 School bullying not only affects the mental health and life and property safety of students,but also affects the reputation and image of families,schools,and even the country. Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of school bullying. Considering the serious consequences and impacts of school bullying incidents,in this paper,the24Model was used to analyze the causes of school bullying from the organizational and individual levels,the governance path of school bullying was proposed,and the role of family,school and society when the school bullying happens was studied. The results show that the family,school and society have direct influence on the individual,which affects not only the formation of individual behavior habits,but also the formation of individual values and moral literacy;that the individual behavior can affect the organizational behavior in return;that school governance requires the society,schools,and families interact with each other and undertake educational responsibilities,so as to strengthen the formation of students’ personal good behavior habits and moral literacy, and improve students’ self-control and self-protection capabilities.
