摘要
将济南某住宅小区作为研究对象,为满足严寒期供热需求,在热力站增设6台燃气供暖热水炉,用于调峰。实施调峰时,将部分热力站换热器出水引入热水炉进行二次加热,与未经热水炉二次加热的换热器出水混合后达到设定温度。在严寒期,对6台热水炉热效率、调峰效果、氮氧化物排放量进行实测计算与评价。热水炉正平衡热效率范围为95.62%~96.12%,反平衡热效率范围为96.70%~96.83%,二者非常接近。混水温度达到设计要求,说明热水炉的调峰效果良好。基准含氧量下一氧化氮质量浓度为18.75 mg/m^(3),低于DB 37/2374—2018《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》规定的排放限值。
Taking a residential area in Jinan as the research object,in order to meet the heating demand during the severe cold period,6 gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boilers were added in the heating station for peak shaving.When peak shaving is implemented,part of the effluent from the heat exchanger of the heating station is introduced into the combi-boilers for secondary heating,and it is mixed with the effluent from the heat exchanger that has not been reheated by the combi-boilers to reach the set temperature.During the severe cold period,the thermal efficiency,peak shaving effect and nitrogen oxides emission of 6 combi-boilers were measured,calculated and evaluated.The variation range of the positive equilibrium thermal efficiency of the combi-boilers is 95.62%-96.12%,and the variation range of the reverse equilibrium thermal efficiency is 96.70%-96.83%,both are very close.The mixed water temperature meets the design requirements,indicating that the peak shaving effect of the combi-boilers is good.The mass concentration of nitric oxide under the benchmark oxygen content is 18.75 mg/m^(3),which is lower than the emission limit stipulated in Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers(DB 37/2374-2018).
