哈拉沟煤矿及选煤厂供暖系统节能环保运行

摘要 采用蒸汽采暖的煤矿及配套选煤厂因冷凝水回收利用存在缺陷,导致大量的高温蒸汽通过采暖末端管道排向空气,大量的热能被浪费。为解决蒸汽采暖存在的用能不节约、不环保的问题,最合理的方式是将蒸汽采暖改为高温热水采暖方式。如因资金、空间及生产需要无法改造,可对原蒸汽采暖系统进行优化改造。具体方式为在蒸汽采暖系统的末端加装设备,使用蒸汽凝结后的高温热水供采暖系统末端用热区域,再将降低温度后的冷凝水返回锅炉房。既解决冷凝水因水箱温度过高凝结率低、锅炉无法直接使用高温凝结水、疏水器损坏频繁的问题,也解决了锅炉进水水质的问题,更可以让锅炉节能环保经济运行。 In coal mines and supporting coal preparation plants with steam heating,due to the defects of condensate water recovery and utilization,a large number of high-temperature steam is discharged to the air through the heating terminal pipeline,and a large amount of heat energy is wasted.In order to solve the problem of neither economic nor environmental friendly in steam heating,the most reasonable way is to change the steam heating to high temperature hot water heating.Through comparison,the paper puts forward the optimization and transformation plan for the original steam heating system,that is,adding equipment at the end of the steam heating system,using high-temperature hot water after steam condensation for heating,and then returning the condensed water after temperature reduction to the boiler room,which not only solves the problems of the condensation rate is low due to the high temperature of the water tank,the boiler is unable to use the high temperature condensation water directly,and the steam trap is frequently damaged,but also solves the problem of the water quality of the boiler inlet,which can make the boiler run more energy-saving,environmental protection and economic.
