摘要 自我国建筑行业推广BIM技术以来,Revit软件平台已在BIM建筑设计领域得到广泛应用,但在使用过程中暴露出硬件要求高、构件编辑复杂等缺点。而ArchiCAD等BIM软件平台已展现出一定优势,但未能得到有效的应用推广,国内BIM建筑设计软件平台的选择仍有拓展空间。研究从Revit和ArchiCAD软件平台的差异出发,通过对两款软件进行对比分析,总结其侧重点和优势,为BIM建筑设计行业选择适宜的软件平台提供参考。研究发现,两款软件均可满足全流程BIM应用中建筑设计的要求,在硬件要求、操作便捷性、交互性等方面各有优势。 Since BIM technology has been promoted in China’s construction industry, Revit software platform has been widely used in the field of BIM architectural design. However, in the process of use, shortcomings such as high hardware requirements and complex component editing are exposed. However, ArchiCAD and other BIM software platforms have shown certain advantages, but have not been effectively applied and promoted. There is still room to expand the selection of BIM architectural design software platforms in China.Starting from the differences between Revit and ArchiCAD software platforms, the paper summarizes their emphases and advantages through comparative analysis on the two software platforms, so as to provide a reference for BIM architectural design industry to select an appropriate software platform. It is found that the two software can meet the requirements of architectural design in the whole process of BIM application, and have advantages in hardware requirements,operation convenience, interaction and other aspects.
