隧道式四季滑雪场功能改建及其规划设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 以既有人防隧道改建为隧道式四季滑雪场项目为依托,进行了既有人防隧道创新性的功能改建及其规划设计研究。既有人防隧道,因年代久远,图纸信息等资料并不完整,因此既有隧道改建为隧道式四季滑雪场项目具有很大阻碍,为突破这一困难,在保证设计质量,提升工程效率基础上,利用BIM技术对其功能改建以及规划设计、隧道选线、断面选型进行研究,引入基于Dynamo的参数化体系创建复杂三维信息模型的新方法,并在隧道式四季滑雪场项目深化设计中应用,实现隧道主体及钢筋模型的精确、快速创建,提高了建模效率和精度,辅助滑雪场的功能改建及其规划设计,解决四季滑雪场设计、施工、运维等阶段BIM应用模型的基础问题。 Based on the reconstruction of the existing air-defense tunnel into a tunnel-type four-season ski resort project,the innovative reconstruction of the existing air-defense tunnel and its planning and design research were carried out.Since the air defense tunnel is old,the drawing information and other materials are incomplete because of its age.Therefore,the conversion of the existing tunnel into a tunnel-style four-season ski resort project has a great obstacle.In order to break through this difficulty,the design quality is guaranteed and the foundation of engineering efficiency is improved.In the above,we use BIM technology to study its function reconstruction,planning and design,tunnel selection,and section selection,introduce a new method to create a complex three-dimensional information model based on Dynamo's parameterized system,and apply it to the deepening of tunnel-style four season ski resort projects.Realize the accurate and rapid creation of the main body of the tunnel and the steel bar model,improve the modeling efficiency and accuracy,assist the function reconstruction of ski resort and its planning and design,and solve the basic problems of BIM application models in the design,construction,operation and maintenance of the four seasons ski resort.
