摘要
面对愈发复杂多变的不确定环境,运用知识生态学思想进一步丰富和发展技术标准情报系统的相关理论体系,有助于形成协调统一的生态化情报协作机制,为提升技术标准情报服务价值提供新思路。文章在阐述技术标准情报系统组成要素与演化特征的基础上,从横纵两个层面对知识生态位的作用关系进行分析,揭示了知识生态链的层级逻辑,由此绘制了技术标准情报系统的生态位演化矩阵,并结合DICE模型诠释其内在运行逻辑,据此提出相应的长效治理机制,以期为提升技术标准情报服务效能提供参考借鉴。
Facing the increasingly complex and changeable uncertain environment,the use of knowledge ecology ideas to further enrich and develop the relevant theoretical system of technical standards intelligence system will help to form a coordinated and unified ecological intelligence collaboration mechanism,and provide a new idea for improving the value of technical standards intelligence service.On the basis of explaining the components and evolution characteristics of the technical standards intelligence system,the relationship between the knowledge niche is analyzed from the horizontal and vertical levels,and the hierarchical logic of the knowledge ecological chain is revealed,thereby the niche evolution matrix of technical standards intelligence system is drawn,and its inner operation logic is explained with the combination of DICE model.Based on this,a corresponding long-term governance mechanism is proposed,so as to provide guidance and reference for improving the efficiency of technical standards intelligence service.
