摘要
[研究目的]由竞合生态视角进一步完善技术标准情报知识服务的相关理论体系,分析企业间竞争与合作的辩证关系,有助于明晰技术标准情报知识服务的价值实现路径,为推进标准化工作健康发展提供有力保障。[研究方法]在阐述技术标准情报知识服务内涵的基础上,构建得到技术标准情报与知识服务的关系模型,由此明晰技术标准情报的知识服务逻辑。结合生态学思想分析竞合生态关系的形成基础与组成要素,论证在技术标准情报知识服务分析中引入竞合生态关系的合理性,基于此对技术标准情报知识服务中的竞合生态关系展开探讨。[研究结论]在技术标准情报知识服务中,企业间的竞合生态关系涵盖完全重叠型、包裹型、部分重叠型和相互独立型等生态位关系,从中衍生出捕食、抑制性竞争和互利共生三种模式,并呈现孤立型、伙伴型、配合型和争斗型的周期性演化规律,据此提出相应的竞合策略。
[Research purpose]From a perspective of co-opetition ecology,this paper further improves the relevant theoretical system of technical standards intelligence knowledge services,and analyzes the dialectical relationship between competition and cooperation among firms,which is helpful to clarify the value realization path of technical standards intelligence knowledge services,and provide a strong guarantee for the sound development of standardization work.[Research method]On the basis of explaining the connotation of technical standards intelligence and knowledge service,the relationship model between technical standards intelligence and knowledge service is constructed,thus clarifying the knowledge service logic of technical standards intelligence.Combining ecological thinking,we analyze the formation basis and constituent elements of the relationship of co-opetition ecology,and demonstrate the rationality of introducing this relationship.Based on this,the discussion on the relationship of co-opetition ecology in the technical standards intelligence knowledge service is carried out.[Research conclusion]The relationship of co-opetition ecology among firms covers ecological niche relationships such as complete overlap,wrapping,partial overlap,and mutual independence,from which three modes of predation,inhibitory competition and mutually beneficial symbiosis are derived,and presents periodic evolution of isolation,partnership,cooperation and struggle.Accordingly,corresponding co-opetition strategies are proposed.
