摘要
目的:了解失能老年人、探访家属对老年护理医院的照护体验与需求,为失能老年人实施精准护理服务提供思路。方法:2020年9—12月在上海市某老年护理医院,采用一对一深度访谈法对8名失能老年人和10名探访家属进行访谈,了解其对老年护理医院的照护体验与需求。结果:失能老年人认为,护理医院对失能老年人的慢性病管理具有明显优势,护理医院给予失能老年人充分的人文关怀,失能老年人对家属的探视充满渴望,对营养需求强烈。探访家属对护理医院信任度、满意度较高,希望为失能老人增加娱乐活动及营养供给。结论:失能老年人及探访家属对探视、营养、心理等方面需求强烈,护理医院应为失能老年人提供更精准的照护服务。
OBJECTIVE To understand the real experience and demand of disabled elderly and visiting family members in nursing homes.METHODS The depth interview method was used to collect the interview data of 8 elderly persons with disabilities and 10 visiting family members,and the phenomenological analysis method was used to analyze.RESULTS The disabled elderly believe that nursing hospitals had obvious advantages in the management of chronic diseases of the disabled elderly,nursing hospitals gave full humanistic care to the disabled elderly,the disabled elderly were full of desire for their family visits,and had a strong demand for nutrition.The visiting family members had a high trust and satisfaction with the nursing home,hoping to increase recreational activities and nutrition supply for the disabled elderly.CONCLUSION The disabled elderly people and their visiting family members have stronger demands for visitation,nutrition and psychology,which provides ideas for the construction of accurate service mode for disabled elderly people in nursing homes.
