摘要
目的:基于组态视角,探讨江西省养老机构高质量发展的路径,了解影响养老机构质量发展的因素,为各地提升养老机构质量发展提供有益思考。方法:根据2022年江西省民政公开数据,运用模糊集定性比较方法,考察结构、需求和供给三个因素维度与养老机构质量发展的关系。结果:条件组合分析显示有市场驱动型、政社合作型和社企协同型三条路径形成高质量养老机构,这三条路径的一致性为93.9%,能够解释69.6%的总案例,而资源投入不足和投入过剩是造成低质量养老机构的两条路径。结论:聚焦入住养老机构的需求,因地制宜地选择养老机构高质量发展路径;提高养老资源的有效供给,增强养老机构服务的专业性;完善养老服务业的顶层设计,加强结构-需求-供给之间的协同性。
Objective To explore the path of high-quality development of senior care institutions in Jiangxi Province from the perspective of configuration,understand its influencing factors,and provide useful references for improving the quality development of senior care institutions.Methods Based on the public data of civil affairs in Jiangxi Province in 2022,a fuzzy set qualitative comparison method was applied to examine the relationship among the three dimensions of structure,demand and supply and the quality development of senior care institutions.Results Conditional combination analysis showed there were three paths of market-driven,government-society cooperation and social-enterprise synergy to form high-quality senior care institutions,which had a consistency of 93.9%,explaining 69.6%of the total cases,while insufficient resource input and excess input were the two paths contributing to low-quality senior care institutions.Conclusion It is suggested to focus on the demand for staying in senior care institutions,choose the path of high-quality development of senior care institutions according to local conditions,improve the effective supply of senior care resources,enhance the professionalism of senior care institutions'services,perfect the top-level design of the senior care service industry and strengthen the structure-demand-supply synergy.
