摘要
目的 研究欧李(Cerasus humilis(Bge.) Sok.或Pruns humilis Bge.)的化学成分。方法 采用正相硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法和制备型高效液相色谱法等分离技术,对欧李乙酸乙酯层的化学成分进行分离、纯化,并结合理化性质与波谱特征对所分离化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从欧李的乙酸乙酯层分离出13个化合物,分别鉴定为cassia cis-trans diphenylpropanoid(1)、(E)-7-hydroxy-3,7-dimethyl-2-octenoic acid(2)、methyl tetracosanoate(3)、(-)-diethyl malate(4)、(S)-4-ethyl-1-methyl-2-hydroxybutanedioate(5)、(+)-dimethyl malate(6)、5-hydroxymethylfurfural(7)、protocatechuic acid methyl ester(8)、(R)-1-(3-ethylphenyl)-1,2-ethanediol(9)、p-hydroxy benzaldehyde(10)、methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate(11)、p-hydroxybenzoic acid(12)、4-ethoxybenzoic acid(13)。结论 化合物1~9为首次从樱属植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents of Cerasus humilis(Bge.) Sok.thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate layer by chromatographic methods such as silica gel, ODS,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC,identified by the physicochemical property and spectral features.Their structures were identified as cassia cis-trans diphenylpropanoid(1),(E)-7-hydroxy-3,7-dimethyl-2-octenoic acid(2),methyl tetracosanoate(3),(-)-diethyl malate(4),(S)-4-ethyl-1-methyl-2-hydroxybutanedioate(5),(+)-dimethyl malate(6),5-hydroxymethylfurfural(7),protocatechuic acid methyl ester(8),(R)-1-(3-ethylphenyl)-1,2-ethanediol(9),p-hydroxy benzaldehyde(10),methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate(11),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(12),and 4-ethoxybenzoic acid(13).Compounds 1-9 were isolated from Cerasus for the first time.
