茄蒂化学成分的分离鉴定研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究茄蒂的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶、ODS、凝胶、MCI等柱色谱以及制备型HPLC等手段对茄蒂的乙酸乙酯层进行系统的化学成分分离,并通过NMR、MS以及文献比对的方法鉴定分离得到化合物的结构。结果:从茄蒂中分离得到23个化合物,分别鉴定为:(2E)-2,6-dimethyl-2,7-octadien-1,6-diol-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、linaloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、esculetin(3)、scopoletin(4)、p-coumaric acid(5)、3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propan-1-one(6)、fructusol A(7)、threo-dihydroxydehy-drodiconiferyl alcohol(8)、meliasendanin D(9)、(erythro,threo)-1-[4-[2-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(hydroxymethyl)ethoxy]-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl]-1,2,3-propanetriol(10)、1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy)-phenyl-2-[4-(1,2,3-trihydroxypropyl)-2-methoxy]-phenoxy-1,3-propandiol(11)、1-methylethyl-phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(12)、2-phenylethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13)、benzyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(14)、(Z)-3-己烯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(15)、n-己烯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(16)、山柰酚(17)、kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(18)、壬二酸(19)、tianshic acid(20)、(Z)-9,10,11-trihydroxy-12-octadecenoic acid(21)、香草酸(22)、原儿茶酸(23)。结论:其中,化合物2、6~11为首次从茄科植物中分离得到,化合物13、20、21为首次从茄属植物中分离得到,化合物4、5、23为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the persistent calyx of Solanum melongena.Methods:Silica gel,ODS,gel,MCI and other chromatographic methods and prep-HPLC were used to isolate the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract of the persistent calyx of Solanum melongena.The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR,MS and literature comparison.Results:Twenty-three compounds were isolated from the persistent calyx of Solanum melongena and identified as(2E)-2,6-dimethyl-2,7-octadien-1,6-diol-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),linaloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),esculetin(3),scopoletin(4),p-coumaric acid(5),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propan-1-one(6),fructusol A(7),threo-dihydroxydehy-drodiconiferyl alcohol(8),meliasendanin D(9),(erythro,threo)-1-[4-[2-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(hydroxymethyl)ethoxy]-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl]-1,2,3-propanetriol(10),1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy)-phenyl-2-[4-(1,2,3-trihydroxypropyl)-2-methoxy]-phenoxy-1,3-propandiol(11),1-methylethyl-phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),2-phenylethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13),benzyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),(Z)-3-hexenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),n-hexyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(16),kaempferol(17),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(18),nonanedioic acid(19),tianshic acid(20),(Z)-9,10,11-trihydroxy-12-octadecenoic acid(21),vanillic acid(22),protocatechuic acid(23),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2,6 to 11 are isolated from the plant of Solanaceae for the first time,compounds 13,20,21 are isolated from Solanum genus for the first time,compounds 4,5,23 are isolated from Solanum melongena for the first time.
