摘要
目的探讨生物-心理-社会医学护理模式在普通外科病房的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月间收治的1641例接受传统生物医学护理模式的病人作为对照组,选取2019年1月~2021年12月间收治的1677例接受生物-心理-社会医学护理模式的病人作为观察组,比较两组的临床护理效果。普通外科生物-心理-社会医学护理模式的制定:①拟定《普通外科病房生物-心理-社会医学护理模式实行方案》,制定相关配套管理制度并组织学习;②严格按上述方案和配套管理制度操作;③对护理人员定期考核;④对病人及其家属和经治医生开展问卷调查;⑤对上述方案和配套管理制度的实施效果进行评估。结果采用生物-心理-社会医学护理模式后,观察组患者对护理效果的总满意度为95.83%,明显高于对照组的87.20%(P=0.000)。观察组患者的医疗行为配合度为92.61%,明显高于对照组的80.56%(P=0.000)。采用生物-心理-社会医学护理模式后,护理人员相关知识定期考核的通过率达99.13%,明显高于传统生物医学护理模式时期的93.23%(P=0.000)。两组患者对护理工作的投诉率比较,观察组投诉率明显低于对照组,为7.63%vs.32.72%(P=0.000)。结论通过《普通外科病房生物-心理-社会医学护理模式实行方案》的制定和配套管理制度的实施,有效提升了普通外科病房护理人员的相关知识水平,提高了护理效果和服务质量,医患关系有明显改善,病人及家属的满意度有明显提高,病人的心情有明显好转,能主动配合治疗。因此,《普通外科病房生物-心理-社会医学护理模式实行方案》的制定和配套管理制度的实施有利于病人的康复。
Objective To explore the application effects of bio-psycho-social medical nursing model in general surgical wards.Methods A total of 1641 patients with traditional biomedical nursing model admitted from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and 1677 patients with bio-psychology-social medical nursing model admitted from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Formulation of the bio-psychology-social medical nursing model included:①Formulation of implementation plan of bio-psychology-social medical nursing model in general surgical ward,formulation of related supporting management system,and organization of learning;②Strictly following the scheme and supporting management system;③Regular assessment of relevant knowledge and system of nursing staff;④Questionnaire surveys on patients,their families and doctors;⑤Evaluation the implementation effects of the plan and supporting management system.Results After adopting the bio-psychology-social medical nursing model,the total satisfaction with the nursing effects in the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than 87.20%of the control group(P=0.000).The cooperation degree of medical behavior in the observation group was 92.61%,which was significantly higher than 80.56%of the control group(P=0.000).After adopting the bio-psychology-social medical nursing model,the pass rate of regular assessment of relevant knowledge of nursing staff reached 99.13%,which was significantly higher than 93.23%of the period of traditional biomedical nursing mode(P=0.000).The complaint rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(7.63%vs.32.72%,P=0.000).Conclusions Through the formulation of the implementation plan of the bio-psychology-social medical nursing model in general surgical wards and the implementation of the supporting management system,it is effectively improved of the relevant knowledge level of nurses,the nursing effects and service quality,and the doctor-patient relationship.The satisfaction of the patients and their families is significantly improved,the patients'mood significantly lightened,and they could actively cooperate with the treatment.Therefore,the formulation of the implementation plan of the bio-psychology-social medical nursing model in the general surgical wards and the implementation of the supporting management system are conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
