摘要
目的研究分析在急诊科护理管理中应用护理风险管理举措的实际效果。方法将南华大学附属长沙中心医院急诊科36名护理人员作为研究对象,所有护理人员于2019年9月—2020年8月期间实施常规护理管理(培训前),于2020年9月开始对36名护理人员进行为期1年的培训,在此阶段内科室护理工作实施护理风险管理(培训后),比较培训效果。结果培训后,护理人员理论知识和急救技术评分以及护理技能、态度和安全等质量评分明显优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后护理投诉、纠纷、差错、急救不到位以及护理满意度分别为10.00%、9.00%、7.00%、12.00%和97.22%,优于培训前的3.00%、3.00%、2.00%、5.00%和88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理中应用护理风险管理,能够显著提升护理人员护理质量和职业技能,降低护理风险事件、投诉等发生的概率,获得患者更高的护理满意度,因此护理风险管理作为一种科学的管理模式具有极大的临床应用价值。
Objective To study and analyze the actual effect of applying nursing risk management measures in emergency department nursing management.Methods A total of 36 nurses in the emergency department of Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to South China University were selected as the experimental subjects,and all nurses implemented routine nursing management from September 2019 to August 2020(before training).A 1-year training for 36 nursing staff began in September 2020.At this stage,nursing risk management was implemented in the nursing work of internal departments(after training),and the effects before and after training were compared.Results After the training,the scores of theoretical knowledge and first aid skills of nursing staff,as well as the scores of nursing skills,attitude and safety,were significantly better than those before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing complaints,disputes,errors,lack of first aid and nursing satisfaction after training were 10.00%,9.00%,7.00%,12.00%and 97.22%,respectively,which were better than 3.00%,3.00%,2.00%,5.00%and 88.89%before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in emergency department nursing can significantly improve the quality of nursing,and professional skills of nursing staff,reduce the probability of nursing risk events and complaints,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction of patients.Therefore,nursing risk management as a scientific management mode has great clinical application value.
