摘要
目的讨护理风险管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用价值。方法取该院急诊科2015年1月—2017年1月收治的110例患者为研究对象,根据护理管理方法不同分为两组,观察组55例患者给予护理风险管理护理,对照组55例患者给予常规急诊护理,对比两组患者护患纠纷发生率、风险事件发生率、护理满意度、护理质量、家属满意度。结果观察组护患纠纷与风险事件发生率分别为1.82%、3.64%,对照组护患纠纷与风险事件发生率分别为10.91%、12.73%,两组护患纠纷与风险事件发生率对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.932、5.498,P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度、护理质量以及家属满意度评分分别为(92.45±1.46)分、(75.44±1.05)分、(93.16±2.72)分,对照组护理满意度、护理质量以及家属满意度分别为(85.77±1.03)分、(66.98±0.94)分、(84.35±2.03)分,两组护理满意度、护理质量以及家属满意度对比差异有统计学意义(t=27.726、44.520、19.251,P<0.05)。结论理风险管理能有效降低急诊科护理管理中的护患纠纷与风险事件发生率,提高护理满意度和质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the application value of nursing risk management in the nursing management in the department of emergency. Methods 110 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 55 cases in each according to different nursing methods, the observation group used the nursing risk management, while the control group used the routine emergency nursing, and the incidence rate of medical disputes, incidence rate of risk events, nursing satisfactoiT degree, nursing quality and satisfactory degree of their family were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rates of medical disputes and risk events in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 1.82%, 3.64% and 10.91%, 12.73%, and the differences in the incidence rates of medical disputes and risk events between the two groups were obvious, with statistical significance （χ^2=6.932,5.498,P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree, nursing quality and satisfactory degree of their family in the observation group and in the control group were respectively （92.45 ±1.46）points, （75.44±1.05）points, （93.16±2.72）pointsand （85.77 ±1.03）points, （66.98±0.94）points,（84.35±2.03）points, and the differences were obvious, with statistical significance（t=27.726, 44.520,19.251, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing risk management can effectively reduce the incidence rate of medical disputes and risk events in the nursing management in the department of emergency and improve the nursing satisfactory degree and quality, and it is worth clinical promotion.
