摘要
目的分析腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿患者的临床效果。方法以2019年2月至2020年2月到我院开展治疗的66例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组33例,分别对两组患者选择采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术和常规开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术进行治疗,对两组患者经过不同治疗之后的并发症发生率、手术指标、术后不同时间段的疼痛程度、生活质量、满意度等相关指标进行统计对比。结果观察组(1例,占比为3.03%)的术后并发症发生率明显比对照组(9例,占比为27.27%)更低(P<0.05);观察组有更短的手术时间、更少的术中出血、更短的胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间,与对照组相比具差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在术后6 h、术后12 h、术后24 h、术后3 d、术后1周的疼痛程度比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的生活质量评分差异无有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的生活质量评分相比对照组得到明显改进(P<0.05);观察组(30例,占比为90.91%)相比对照组(24例,占比为72.73%)满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论临床对卵巢囊肿患者通过腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除手术治疗所取得的效果明显优于常规开腹手术,不会产生严重的并发症,术后恢复较快,可以减轻术后的疼痛程度,提升整体生活质量和满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods All 66 cases of ovarian cyst patients who came to our hospital for treatment from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,33 cases in each group.The incidence of complications,surgical indicators,pain degree at different time periods after surgery,quality of life,satisfaction and other related indicators of the two groups of patients after different treatments were statistically compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(1 case,accounting for 3.03%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(9 cases,accounting for 27.27%)(P<0.05).Fewer intraoperative bleeding,shorter recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospital stay,which were statistically different from those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 6 hours,12 hours,24 hours,3 days,and 1 week after operation(P<0.05).Before treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),after treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).The observation group(30 cases,accounting for 90.91%)was compared with the control group(24 cases,accounting for 72.73%)higher satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision for ovarian cyst patients is obvious.Routine laparotomy does not cause serious complications,and the postoperative recovery is faster,which can reduce postoperative pain and improve the overall Quality of life and satisfaction.
