摘要
目的探究卵巢囊肿患者行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗的可行性。方法随机选取2020年8月—2021年8月该院296例卵巢囊肿患者分为研究组(148例,应用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗)、对照组(148例,应用传统开腹手术治疗)。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后卵巢功能指标、机体应激性指标、手术指标、不良反应。结果研究组总有效率(98.65%)高于对照组(93.24%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.559,P<0.05);经治疗,研究组黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组皮质醇、C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),较之于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后肛门排气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(2.03%)低于对照组(6.76%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.942,P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿患者经腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗后,可减少其术后不良反应,对卵巢功能加以保护,可减少应激的发生,利于患者术后康复,疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for ovarian cyst patients.Methods 296 patients with ovarian cysts in the hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into the study group(148 cases,treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy)and the control group(148 cases,treated with traditional laparotomy).The therapeutic effects,ovarian function indexes,body stress indexes,surgical indexes and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(98.65%)was higher than that of the control group(93.24%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.559,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,LH,FSH,E2 in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cortisol,C-reactive protein,IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were significantly different from those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,and postoperative anal exhaust time of the study group were all shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(2.03%)was lower than that in the control group(6.76%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.942,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy can reduce the adverse reactions of patients with ovarian cysts,protect ovarian function,reduce the occurrence of stress,and facilitate postoperative rehabilitation of patients.The curative effect is definite and worthy of promotion.
