摘要
目的探讨健康体检护理中应用强化护理质量管理体系的临床价值及对减少错漏诊情况的效果。方法选择体检中心接受体检志愿者300例作为研究对象,时间为2020年6月至12月,引导志愿者随机抽签分组,接受常规护理管理志愿者150例为对照组,接受强化护理质量管理体系干预志愿者150例为研究组,对比2组志愿者最后体检质量。结果研究组护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理服务满意度为97.33%高于对照组的88.67%(P<0.05);研究组志愿者的错漏诊率、投诉率分别为0.67%、1.33%,低于对照组患者的错漏诊率、投诉率4.67%、6.00%(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检中心护理工作中,采取强化护理质量管理体系进行干预,可有效提高护理质量、以及患者对护理服务工作的满意度,并降低体检中心出现错漏诊、以及投诉事件的可能性,临床价值明显。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of strengthening nursing quality management system applied in health examination and nursing and its effects in reducing misdiagnosis.Methods A total of 300 volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 150 subjects in each group.The subjects in control group received routine nursing management,however,those in research group received enhanced nursing quality management system intervention.The final physical examination quality was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the nursing service satisfaction rate in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(97.33%vs 88.67%,P<0.05).Moreover the missed diagnosis rate and complaint rate in research group were 0.67%and 1.33%respectively,which were were significantly lower than those(4.67%,6.00%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enhanced nursing quality management system intervention in physical examination can effectively improve the nursing quality and the satisfaction degree with nursing service work,and reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis and complaints in health examination center,therefore,it has important clinical value.
