摘要
目的分析在健康体检中心临床带教中应用以问题为主的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)联合以案例为基础的教学法(case based learning,CBL)的临床价值。方法选择2021年7月—2023年6月滨州医学院烟台附属医院健康管理中心实习生80名为研究对象,将2021年7月—2022年6月40名实习生纳入对照组,进行传统带教;2022年7月—2023年6月的40名实习生纳入观察组,进行PBL联合CBL带教。比较2组考核成绩、教学效果、带教教师满意度、实习生满意度。结果观察组考核成绩(理论知识、实践能力)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.001)。观察组教学效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.001)。观察组教师满意度高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.001)。结论在健康体检中心临床带教中应用PBL联合CBL教学法可提升教学效果与实习生考核成绩,使其更好地掌握健康体检中心工作内容,并可提升带教教师、实习生满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of applying problem based learning(PBL)combined with case based learning(CBL)in the clinical teaching of health examination center.Methods A total of 80 interns from the Health Management Center,Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and a total of 40 interns from July 2021 to June 2022 were included in the control group for traditional teaching;from July 2022 to June 2023,a total of 40 interns were included in the observation group and were taught with PBL and CBL.The results,teaching effect,teacher satisfaction,intern satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The test scores(theoretical knowledge and practical ability)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching effect score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of teachers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL in the clinical teaching of health examination center can improve the teaching effect and evaluation results of interns,make them better grasp the related work content of health examination center,and improve the satisfaction of teachers and interns.
