摘要
目的:运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer可视化计量分析中医药治疗心肌纤维化的研究现状、前沿热点及趋势。方法:检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)自建库至2021年12月31日收录的中医药治疗心肌纤维化领域相关文献,运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer信息可视化分析软件对该领域的相关研究进行基于科学知识图谱的可视化计量分析。分析高被引作者,揭示引导该领域研究前沿的核心研究力量;分析关键词出现频数,确定该领域的研究热点;通过关键词突现词分析该领域的研究趋势。结果:共纳入有效文献604篇。蔡辉、赵智明等在该领域内具有较大影响力;上海中医药大学为各机构合作的枢纽;中医药治疗心肌纤维化的高频关键词为“大鼠”“转化生长因子-β1”等;潜在研究热点主要为氧化应激、心功能、炎症反应等。结论:该研究领域的作者合作团队联系较为紧密,但机构合作范围比较局限;“转化生长因子-β1”为研究热点,而氧化应激、心功能、炎症反应等有望成为前沿热点。
Objective:To visually analyze the research status,frontier hotspots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of myocardial fibrosis according to CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Methods:We searched the Chinese Knowledge Resources Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,CQVIP Database and Chinese Biomedicine Database(CBM)database from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021,to collect literature in the field of TCM in the treatment of myocardial fibrosis.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used for the information visualization analysis softwares,and this paper carried on the visual econometric analysis of the related research in this field based on the scientific knowledge graph.Through the analysis of the highly cited author,this paper revealed the core research forces that guided the research frontier in this field.The research hotspots in this field were determined through the frequency of keyword occurrence and the research trend in this field was highlighted with the help of subject words.Results:A total of 604 papers were included.CAI Hui,ZHAO Zhiming and others have made the greatest contribution to this field.Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine are the hubs of cooperation among institutions.The high-frequency keywords of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of myocardial fibrosis are"rat","transforming growth factor-β1"and so on.Emerging hot spots are"oxidative stress","cardiac function","inflammatory"and so on.Conclusion:The cooperation team of the authors in this research field is closely linked,but the scope of institutional cooperation is relatively limited."Transforming growth factor-β1"is the research hotspot,while"oxidative stress","cardiac function"and"inflammatory"are expected to become frontier hotspots.
