摘要
从单味中药及提取物、中药复方、针灸等方面对中医药干预心肌纤维化进行了综述,发现中医药可通过降低相关因子和信号通路蛋白的表达、抑制胶原纤维生成、减少缩血管物质释放、减轻氧化应激反应等多靶点、多途径、多机制干预心肌纤维化过程。
This article reviews the effects of Chinese medicine on myocardial fibrosis from the aspects of single substance drug or extract, Chinese medicine compound, acupuncture; Chinese medicine can reduce the re- lated factors and the signal pathway of protein expression, inhibit of collagen fiber, and reduce shrinkage vascu- lar material release and oxidative stress reactions, to intervention myocardial fibrosis process.
