The influence of nutrition management and weight management on the birth weight and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women

摘要 目的探讨孕期营养管理及体重管理对新生儿出生体重及妊娠结局的影响。方法按照是否接受孕期营养和体重管理将2019年1月—2020年1月来深圳市福田区妇幼保健院进行孕期检查的120例孕妇分为2组,每组60例,对照组孕妇接受常规孕前指导,观察组孕妇在此基础上接受孕期营养和体重管理。比较2组孕妇分娩孕周、母婴体重控制情况、孕妇妊娠期并发症情况、妊娠结局以及围生儿结局。结果观察组孕妇分娩孕周为(39.16±1.58)周,对照组孕妇分娩孕周为(38.74±1.61)周,差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组孕期体重增长量为(1284±1.54)kg,低于对照组的(17.89±1.98)kg;观察组新生儿出生体重为(3.12±0.38)kg,低于对照组的(3.71±0.44)kg,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠期高血压发生率为1.67%,妊娠期糖尿病发生率为5.00%,贫血发生率为0.00%,胎膜早破发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的11.67%,16.67%,6.67%,13.33%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率(26.67%)低于对照组(46.67%),差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组巨大儿发生率、低体重儿发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);2组畸形儿、新生儿窒息、早产儿、新生儿死亡发生率对比差异不显著(P>0.05)=结论孕期营养和体重管理能够有效控制母婴体重,降低孕妇妊娠期并发症风险,改善妊娠结局和围生儿结局。 Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition management and weight management on the birth weight and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women.Methods According to whether they were under the management of nutrition and weight during pregnancy,120 pregnant women who had been examined during pregnancy from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups,each group was 60.The control group received the guidance before pregnancy,and the observation group was given nutrition and weight management during pregnancy.Results The gestational age at delivery was(39.16±1.58)weeks in the observation group and(38.74±1.61)weeks in the control group.There was no significant difference in gestational age between the two groups(P>0.05).The weight increase of observation group during pregnancy was(12.84±1.54)kg,which was lower than that of control group(17.89±1.98)kg.The birth weight of neonates in the observation group was(3.12±0.38)kg,which was lower than that in the control group(3.71±0.44)kg,and the difference between the data was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes mellitus,anemia and premature rupture of membranes in the observation group were 1.67%,5.00%,0.00%and 3.33%,which were lower than those in the control group(11.67%,16.67%,6.67%and 13.33%),and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The rate of cesarean section in the observation group(26.67%)was lower than that in the control group(46.67%),and the difference between the data was significant(Pv0.05).The incidence of macrosomia in the observation group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%),and the difference between the data was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of low weight infants in the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of deformed infants,neonatal asphyxia,premature infants and neonatal death between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nutrition and weight management can effectively control the weight of mother and baby,reduce the risk of complications during pregnancy,and improve the pregnancy outcome and perinatal outcome.
