摘要
目的:探讨借助智能手机移动终端App规范孕产妇健康管理,提高孕产妇保健水平,改善妊娠结局。方法:将在医院分娩并全程参加健康助手App管理的100例孕产妇作为观察组,未参加该App管理的100例住院孕产妇作为对照组。将两组孕产妇对保健知识掌握情况、产前检查依从性、分娩方式、随访率进行对比。结果:观察组对孕产期保健知识掌握情况、孕产妇自然分娩率、产前检查依从率、随访率均明显高于对照组。结论:将智能移动终端用于孕产妇的院外健康保健管理,既方便医护人员为孕产妇及时提供个体化的医疗服务,又方便孕产妇多渠道获取孕产期保健知识,提高了孕产妇居家健康管理质量,使妊娠结局得到有效的改善。
Abstract Objective： Study with the help of intelligent mobile terminal App to standard pregnant and lying-in woman health management, improve pregnant and lying-in woman health science and improve the pregnancy outcome. Methods： The women pregnant and lying-in in our hospital,100 cases which attending the health App were managed as observation grcoup in our hospital, 100 cases which not use health aides App were managed as a control group. Observe differences between the two groups in health care knowledge, antenatal examination adherence, way of delivery and follow-up rate. Results： The observation group were significantly higher than the control group in health care knowledge, pregnant and lying-in woman natural births, prenatal check compliance rate, follow-up rate. Conclusion： The use of intelligent mobile terminal in pregnant and lying-in woman health care management, will be convenient for staff to provide individualized medical service, and will be convenient for pregnant and lying-in woman multi-channel access to health care knowledge. It also improve the quality of the pregnant and lying-in woman home health management, effectively improve the pregnancy outcome.
