水平阻生智齿及第二磨牙顺序近移替代重度牙槽骨吸收第一磨牙1 例 被引量:2

摘要 第一磨牙的缺失可直接影响咀嚼功能,随着时间延长缺牙区牙槽骨可发生废用性萎缩,牙槽骨高度和宽度均可减小,密度也会随之降低。该文报道1例拔除重度牙槽骨吸收的第一磨牙残根,顺序近移水平阻生的第二、第三磨牙替代缺失第一磨牙。矫正结束后,第一磨牙重度萎缩的牙槽骨得到良好的改建。 The loss of the first molar affects the chewing function.Present paper reports a case of replacement of missed first molars by mesial movent of the second and third molar,which was impacted horizontally.After orthodontic treatment,the severely atrophied alveolar bone of the first molar was well reconstructed.
