摘要
目的探讨院前教育护理模式下母乳喂养教育对初产妇母婴护理知识及行为的影响。方法选取2021年4—7月在天津市中心妇产科医院分娩的300例初产妇,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组150例。对照组采取院前教育护理模式,当产妇入院后立即展开相关护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施产后母乳喂养教育。比较两组产妇的母婴护理知识掌握情况以及母乳喂养情况。结果研究组乳房护理、新生儿常见生理现象、营养管理产后复查及避孕评分分别为(91.25±0.97)、(88.75±2.35)、(95.02±0.63)及(90.46±2.89)分,均高于对照组的(82.73±1.23)、(79.62±2.53)、(84.66±3.04)及(82.31±2.17)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组母乳喂养率为94.00%,高于对照组的77.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.315,P<0.05)。结论院前教育护理模式下母乳喂养教育能改善初产妇母婴护理知识及行为,帮助产妇快速掌握母婴护理知识,提高母乳喂养率,有利于婴儿健康成长。
Objective To explore the effect of breastfeeding education on maternal and infant nursing knowledge and behavior of primipara under the mode of pre-hospital education and nursing.Methods From April 2021 to July 2021,300 primiparas delivered in Tianjin Central Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group adopted the pre-hospital education nursing mode,and carried out relevant nursing immediately after maternal admission.The study group implemented postpartum breastfeeding education on the basis of the control group.The mastery of maternal and infant nursing knowledge and breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of breast care,common physiological phenomena of newborns,nutritional management,postpartum reexamination and contraception in the study group were(91.25±0.97),(88.75±2.35),(95.02±0.63)and(90.46±2.89)points respectively,which were higher than those in the control group with(82.73±1.23),(79.62±2.53),(84.66±3.04)and(82.31±2.17)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate in the study group was 94.00%,which was higher than 77.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.315,P<0.05).Conclusion Under the pre-hospital education nursing mode,breastfeeding education could improve the maternal and infant nursing knowledge and behavior of primiparas,help pregnant women quickly master the maternal and infant nursing knowledge,improve the breastfeeding rate,and be conducive to the healthy growth of infants.
