摘要
目的通过对早期脑梗死开展介入溶栓治疗措施并观察此种治疗方式的临床治疗效果。方法选取桂林市平乐县人民医院神经内科在2019年6月-2021年6月治疗的脑梗死患者共计60例,并且按照对患者的治疗时机将其分为两组即对照组(n=30,实施早期静脉溶栓治疗措施)与观察组(n=30,实施早期介入溶栓治疗措施)。通过对两组脑梗死患者实施不同的治疗措施,对比其临床治疗效果。结果①观察组经过治疗后其血管总再通率为93.33%,对照组患者总再通率为73.33%,前者远高于后者(P<0.05);②治疗前两组患者其临床治疗效果均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但是经过治疗后两组患者神经功能损伤有所下降,运动功能分数有所提高,并且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);③对照组患者出现不良反应情况总发生率为26.67%,观察组患者出现不良反应情况总发生率为6.67%,前者明显高于后者(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死临床治疗中开展早期介入溶栓治疗方式的临床治疗效果明显的同时安全性比较高,可以减少患者出现不良反应的概率,具有临床推广实施的价值与意义。
Objective To carry out interventional thrombolytic treatment measures for early cerebral infarction and observe the clinical therapeutic effect of this treatment method.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction treated by the Department of Neurology in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups,the control group(n=30,early intravenous thrombolytic therapy)and the observation group(n=30,implementation of early interventional thrombolytic treatment measures).The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients with cerebral infarction were compared by implementing different treatment measures.Results①After treatment,the total recanalization rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the total recanalization rate of the control group was73.33%.The former was much higher than the latter(P<0.05).②Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical treatment effect between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),but after treatment,the neurological injury decreased and the motor function score increased in the two groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).③The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 26.67%,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,the former is significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of cerebral infarction,the early thrombolytic therapy has obvious clinical effect and high safety,which can reduce the probability of adverse reactions in patients,and has the value and significance of clinical promotion and implementation.
