摘要
目的构建适用于外周静脉留置针的护理质量敏感指标。方法以“结构-过程-结果”为研究框架,结合文献检索、专科小组讨论、德尔菲法专家函询,形成外周静脉留置针护理质量敏感指标体系。结果研究共进行2轮专家函询,专家的积极系数分别为100.00%、94.12%,专家的权威系数分别为0.908、0.912。第1轮专家函询对于一、二、三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.214、0.284、0.296,第2轮肯德尔和谐系数分别为为0.238、0.324、0.259。构建的指标体系共包含一级指标3项、二级指标9项和三级指标23项。结论构建的外周静脉留置针质量敏感指标体系结构合理,具有较高的科学性和实用性,可为临床静脉留置针的护理质量评价和质量改进提供依据。
Objective To construct the sensitive index of nursing quality suitable for peripheral venous indwelling needle.Methods Taking"structure-process-outcome"as the research framework and combining with literature retrieval,specialist group discussion and Delphi technique letter consultation,the sensitive index system of peripheral venous indwelling needle nursing quality was formed.Results Two rounds of expert letter consultation were conducted in this study.The positive coefficients of experts were 100.00%and 94.12%,respectively,and the authority coefficients of experts were 0.908 and 0.912,respectively.Kendall concordance coefficient of the first round of expert letter consultation for the first,second and third indexes were 0.214,0.284 and 0.296,respectively,and Kendall concordance coefficient of the second round were 0.238,0.324 and 0.259,respectively.The index system consists of 3 first-level indexes,9 second-level indexes and 23 third-level indexes.Conclusion The constructed quality sensitive index system of peripheral venous indwelling needle has a reasonable structure,high scientificity and practice,and provides a basis for nursing quality evaluation and quality improvement of clinical venous indwelling needle.
