摘要
目的探讨外周静脉留置针透明敷贴的最佳固定方法。方法将120例接受留置针输液的患者随机分为A、B、C、D四组,分别将透明敷贴采取张力粘贴+塑形、张力粘贴+不塑形、无张力粘贴+塑形及无张力粘贴+不塑形固定外周静脉留置针。结果四组敷贴更换时间、留置针留置时间及患者舒适度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),C组显著优于其他组。结论透明敷料固定手法选用无张力粘帖+塑形,能延长敷贴的更换时间和留置针的更换时间、提高患者舒适度。
Objective To find out the best fixation technique of transparent I.V. dressing for peripheral venous catheter. Methods A total of 120 patients who received peripheral venous catheterization were divided into four groups,and were subjected to different fixation techniques of transparent film dressing： for group A the dressing was stretched when applied and then the performer squeezed the catheter hub to make sure the dressing stick to the hub closely; for group B the dressing was stretched without the performer squeezing the hub; for group C, the dressing was applied without being stretched and then the performer squeezed the hub; for group D, the dressing was applied without being stretched and without the performer squeezing the hub. Results The wear time of the transparent dressings, indwelling time of peripheral venous catheters, and patients＇ comfort had significant differences in the 4 groups （P^0.01 for all）, with group C having the best effect. Conclusion Transparent film dressing, if applied without being stretched, and if the performer squeezes the hub, can prolong the wear time and indwelling time of peripheral venous cathe- ters, and improve patients＇comfort.
