不同位置处多次轮印载荷作用下甲板板格塑性变形评估方法 被引量:2

Plastic deformation assessment method of deck plates under wheel patch loads with multiple times at different locations

摘要 船舶与海洋工程结构甲板在营运过程中会遭受随机的不同位置处的轮印载荷作用,会产生累积的永久塑性变形,这将会严重影响甲板的工作性能和安全性能。为此,本文利用有限元数值计算方法开展不同位置处多次局部均布载荷作用下甲板板格塑性响应研究,通过研究塑性阶段的载荷-变形关系以及卸载后的永久变形情况,分析总结出局部均布载荷在不同位置处多次加卸载下甲板塑性变形规律。此外,通过对比多轮印载荷作用下与满铺均布载荷作用下甲板塑性变形情况,基于塑性变形等效提出多轮印载荷与满铺均布载荷之间的等效方法,可为甲板结构设计提供参考。 Decks of ship and offshore platforms are likely to be subjected to random wheel print loads at different locations, and under these circumstances the deck plates will have some accumulated permanent plastic deformations, which will result in some serious negative effects on the work and safety performance of the platforms. Therefore, the plastic response of deck plates loaded by wheel patch with multiple times at different locations were studied by using finite element method, and the load-deflection relationship and the permanent deformations of the plate after complete unloading were investigated. The plastic deformation mechanisms of deck plates under repeated wheel patch loads with multiple times at different locations were concluded. Besides, according to the comparisons of permanent deformation results of deck plates under repeated wheel patch loads at different locations and fully uniform load, the equivalent method between repeated wheel patch loads at different locations and fully uniform load were proposed based on the defined dimensionless plastic deformation parameters, which can provide some useful information for ship deck structure design.
