摘要
为研究大倾角带式输送机架设位置对露天煤矿端帮台阶稳定性的影响规律,通过理论分析与数值模拟相结合,对国内某露天煤矿端帮大倾角带式输送机架设过程进行边坡稳定性分析.利用极限平衡理论建立台阶顶部均布载荷的理论模型,推导出台阶顶部均布载荷作用下安全系数的表达式,并分析台阶安全性降低的机理.使用FLAC^(3D)软件对输送机架设不同位置的台阶进行模拟.研究结果表明:台阶安全系数与输送机支架质心与同台阶坡顶线的安全距离呈负相关,获得输送机支架影响台阶滑动模式的临界位置,并确定输送作业的安全区域和危险区域.研究结果对同类工况下的安全生产有一定参考价值.
In order to study the law of the influence of the erection of a large-dip belt conveyor on the stability of the top steps in an open-pit coal mine,the slope stability of the erection process of a large-dip belt conveyor at the top of an open-pit coal mine was analyzed by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Firstly,the theoretical model of uniformly distributed load on the top of steps was established from the point of limit equilibrium,and the formula for calculating the safety coefficient under uniformly distributed load on the top of steps was deduced,and the mechanism of reducing the safety of steps in this process was expounded.At the same time,FLAC^(3D)numerical simulation software was used to simulate the steps of the conveyor before and after erection.The results show that the safety coefficient of the step is negatively correlated with the distance between the center of mass of the conveyor support and the top line of the same step,and the critical position of the influence of the conveyor support on the sliding mode of the step is obtained,and the safe and dangerous areas of the conveying operation are determined,which is of important reference value for the safe production under the same working conditions.
