摘要
高分子材料快速原型3D打印技术作为一种为满足新产品开发要求而发展起来的先进制造技术,无需传统的刀具、模具等制造要素,就可实现快速原型的制作,是一次制造模式的变革,可有效缩短开发期、降低成本。着重从高分子材料快速原型3D打印技术的原理、特点及应用情况等方面,介绍该技术的发展现状及发展方向。
Polymer materials rapid prototype three dimensional(3D)printing technology was developed to meet the demand of new product development.It was proved that the technology without the traditional cutting tool,mould manufacturing elements could achieve product rapid prototype.And this technology was one manufacturing model revolution,which could be used to effectively reduce the development time and cost.In terms of the principle,characteristics and application for polymer rapid prototype 3D printing technology,the development status and development direction were emphatically introduced.
