摘要
针对离散制造车间内信息传递与展示过程中所存在的精准性与实时性不足的问题,提出一种工位状态驱动的信息推送服务方法。首先,以工序为核心,通过工件和其他制造要素与工位进行关联,实现对车间制造信息的组织与管理;其次,给出工位加工状态的判别依据,并根据工位加工状态确定待推送信息的优先级;在此基础上,提出了基于优先级排序的信息循环推送算法,实现工位上不同加工状态下的信息循环推送;最后,结合某卫星制造车间案例分析,结果表明,所提方法在实现信息差异化显示的同时,保证推送信息的完整性,满足车间工位的信息动态推送需求。
In view of the lack of precision and timeliness in the process of information transmission and display in discrete manufacturing workshops,a station state-driven information dynamic push service method was proposed.Firstly,the organization and management of workshop manufacturing information are realized by taking the working procedure as the core and connecting the workpiece and other manufacturing elements with the workstation.Secondly,the discrimination basis of the processing state of the station is given,and the priority of the information to be pushed is determined according to the processing state of the station.Based on this,an algorithm of information circular push based on prioritization is proposed to realize information circular push under different processing conditions at the workstation.Finally,combined with a satellite manufacturing shop case analysis,the result shows that the proposed method ensures the integrity of pushed information while realizing difference between them,which meets the demand of information dynamic push in the workshop.
