摘要
为使预应力混凝土斜拉桥达到目标成桥状态,基于无应力状态法提出两种新合龙方案并与原方案进行对比,计算三种合龙方案无应力状态,分析主梁合龙温度对成桥线形及内力的影响,给出合理的合龙温度。研究表明:合龙段的无应力长度及曲率接近初始设计值的合龙方案更优;合龙段的无应力状态不同,主要影响主梁及桥塔线形,对主梁上下缘应力影响较小;合龙段的无应力状态与主梁悬臂段配重有关,配重大小随合龙温度的升高而减小;通过各合龙温度下合龙段无应力状态量理论验证得到,合龙温度接近25℃时进行主梁合龙最优。
In order to make the prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge reach the target completion state,two new closure schemes were proposed based on the unstressed state method and compared with the original scheme.The unstressed state of the three closure schemes was calculated,the influence of the closure temperature of the main girder on the completion alignment and internal force of the bridge was analyzed,and the reasonable closure temperature was given.The results show that the closure scheme is better when the unstressed length and curvature of closure section are close to the initial design value.The unstressed state of closure section is different,which mainly affects the alignment of main girder and bridge tower,and has little effect on the stress of upper and lower edges of main girder.The unstressed state of closure section is related to the counterweight of cantilever section of main girder,and the counterweight decreases with the increase of closure temperature.Through the theoretical verification of the non stress state quantity of the closure section at each closure temperature,it is found that the closure of the main girder is optimal when the closure temperature is close to 25℃.
