摘要
目的:探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年10月至2021年9月秦皇岛市中医医院门诊或病房收治的80例膝骨关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。两组患者均予以常规治疗方案,对照组患者口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用口服仙灵骨葆胶囊,疗程均为8周。检测两组患者治疗前后炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)]水平变化,评估两组患者的临床疗效、关节疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]和关节功能(Lysholm膝关节功能评分)及生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)评分]。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%(36/40),显著高于对照组的67.50%(27/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2个月后,观察组患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2个月后,观察组患者SF-36量表评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为7.50%(3/40)、10.00%(4/40),两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效显著,可明显减轻患者的炎症反应和关节疼痛症状,显著改善患者生活质量,且安全性较好。
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with Xianling Gubao capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.METHODS:A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted into the outpatient department or ward of Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Oct.2020 to Sept.2021 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the observation group via the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group received oral Glucosamine hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was treated with oral Xianling Gubao capsules on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The inflammatory factors[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)]of two groups were detected.The clinical efficacy,joint pain[visual analog scale(VAS)]and joint function(Lysholm knee function scale)and quality of life[quality of life questionnaire(SF-36)]of two groups were evaluated.RESULTS:The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%(36/40),significantly higher than 67.50%(27/40)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the levels of serum hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the SF-36 score and Lysholm knee function score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group and control group were respectively 7.50%(3/40)and 10.00%(4/40),with no significant difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with Xianling Gubao capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is significant,which can significantly reduce the inflammation and joint pain symptoms,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,with higher safety.
