摘要
目的阐明北京市初一年级学生用眼习惯和父母近视与近视进展的关联情况。方法以北京市初一年级学生为研究对象,用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法进行抽样。采用问卷调查和眼科检查结合的方法收集数据,应用多因素线性回归模型分析用眼习惯和父母近视对一年后近视进展的影响。结果用眼习惯评分与视力呈正相关[β=0.010,95%CI:(0.002~0.018),P=0.016];父母近视与视力呈负相关[β=-0.046,95%CI:(-0.073~-0.019),P=0.001]。按父母近视的分层结果显示,健康的用眼习惯与父母不近视儿童的视力呈正相关(P=0.040)。结论健康的用眼习惯有助于改善初一学生近视进展情况,特别是对于父母不近视的学生。
Objective To elucidate the relationship between habitual eye use,parental myopia and myopia progression among first-year junior middle school students in Beijing.Methods A cohort of first-year junior middle school students in Beijing were recruited as study subjects by using a multi-stage random cluster sampling approach.A questionnaire survey plus ophthalmological examinations were used to collect the study data.Multivariate linear regression model was used to investigate the impacts of habitual eye use and parental myopia on myopia progression one year later.Results There was a positive correlation between habitual eye use scale score and visual acuity[β=0.010,95%CI:(0.002~0.018),P=0.016],and a negative correlation between parental myopia and visual acuity[β=-0.046,95%CI:(-0.073~-0.019),P=0.001].Stratified by parental myopia,healthy habits of eye use were positively correlated with visual acuity in children of non-myopic parent(s)(P=0.040).Conclusion Healthy habits of eye use can help improve myopia progression among first-year junior middle school students,especially for those of non-myopic parent(s).
