摘要
[目的]了解大学生近视保健相关知识、态度和行为现状。[方法]自行设计调查问卷,利用便利抽样法对173名大学生进行大学生近视保健知识、态度和行为调查。[结果]大学生近视保健知识及格率为49.13%,大学生在对视力的重视程度、合理膳食和眼保健操及正确佩戴眼镜对视力的保护和帮助都持积极态度,但对于学习用眼护眼知识意识水平较低,普遍存在不健康的用眼行为。[结论]学校应针对性加强大学生近视保健的健康宣传教育,增加大学生近视保健知识,增强近视保健的意识,进而修正自身不健康的用眼行为,促进大学生群体视力健康水平的提高。
Objective：To know about the status quo of health care knowledge,attitude and behavior of university students for myopia.Methods：A total of 173 university students were investigated on health care knowledge,attitude and behavior on myopia with self-designed questionnaires and convenient sampling method.Results：Pass rate of students about myopia health care knowledge was 49.13%.They had positive attitude for that emphasizing on vision,reasonable diet,eye exercises and right to wear glasses can protect and help vision,but they had low level of awareness for learning knowledge of using and protecting eyes,and had pervasive unhealthy behavior to use eyes.Conclusion：The university should directionally strengthen health education,health care knowledge of myopia,and awareness of myopia care to correct unhealthy behaviors of using eyes and promote the elevation of whole vision health level in university students.
