监护室护士对患者家属ICU后综合征认知水平及影响因素 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探究山东省6所三级医院的重症监护室(intensivecareunit,ICU)护士对家属ICU后综合征(post-intensivecaresyndrome-family,PICS-F)的认知水平及影响因素,并进行分析。方法 采用多阶段抽样法,自行设计问卷,对646名ICU护士进行问卷调查,采用单因素及多因素线性回归模型分析护士PICS-F的认知水平的影响因素。结果本次共调查了山东省内6所医院重症监护室护士646名,ICU护士对PICS-F的认知水平调查均分为10.65±4.44分,认知水平偏低;经过单因素筛选,多因素线性回归分析结果显示,护士的工作性质、了解PICS-F的方式及是否接受过相关培训是护士对PICS-F认知的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士对于PICS-F的认知水平低,亟待加大对ICU护士PICS-F知识的培训力度;非编制、接受过相关内容培训的ICU护士对PICS-F认知水平较高;而通过网络途径获取知识的护士对PICS-F的认知水平水平较低。 Objective To investigate the relationship between nurses in intensive care unit(ICU) and patients’ family members in 6 Grade Ⅲ hospitals in Shandong province. The cognitive level and influencing factors of Post-ICU Care Syndrome-Family(PICS-F) were analyzed. Methods Taking multi-stage sampling method, 646 ICU nurses were surveyed with self-designed questionnaire, and univariate and multivariate linear regression models were used to analyze the infl uencing factors of nurses’ cognitive level of PICS in patients’ family members. Results A total of 646 ICU nurses from 6 hospitals in Shandong province were investigated. The cognitive level of PICS-F in ICU nurses was 10.65±4.44 point,indicating low cognitive level. After single factor screening, the results of multi-factor linear regression analysis showed that,the nature of nurses’ work, the way of understanding PICS and whether they had received relevant training were the main infl uencing factors for nurses’ cognition of PICS-F(P<0.05). Conclusion The cognitive level of PICS-F for ICU nurses was low, it was urgent to strengthen the training of PICS-F knowledge for ICU nurses. ICU nurses who were not organized and received relevant training had higher cognition level of PICS-F. However, nurses who acquired PICS knowledge through the Internet had a lower cognitive level of PICS-F.
