摘要
目的:观察如意金黄散不同调配方法治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的效果及对切口水肿程度、症状消失时间以及疼痛评分的影响。方法:选择2019年9月—2021年9月收治的混合痔术后患者150例,按水肿出现的先后顺序采用单盲法随机分为治疗1组(50例)、治疗2组(50例)和治疗3组(50例)。治疗1组采用麻油调配如意金黄散治疗;治疗2组采用葱水调配如意金黄散治疗;治疗3组采用蜂蜜调配如意金黄散治疗。比较三组治疗10 d后临床病情控制有效率、肛缘水肿评分、症状消失时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗10 d后,治疗3组临床病情控制有效率高于治疗1组和治疗2组,肛缘水肿评分和VAS评分低于治疗1组和治疗2组,症状消失时间短于治疗1组和治疗2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1组和治疗2组治疗10 d后临床病情控制有效率、肛缘水肿评分和症状消失时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1组VAS评分低于治疗2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组均无不良反应发生。结论:采用蜂蜜调配如意金黄散,对混合痔术后肛缘水肿效果更好。
Objective:To observe the effects of different formulations of Ruyi Jinhuang powder in treating anal marginal edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgery and its influence on the degree of incision edema,the time to disappear symptoms and the pain score.Methods:All 150 cases of mixed hemorrhoids after surgery from September 2019 to September 2021 were included as the research objects.Single-blind method according to the order of appearance of edema,they were randomly divided into treatment group 1(50 cases),treatment group 2(50 cases)and treatment group 3(50 cases).Patients in the treatment group 1 were treated with sesame oil blended with Ruyi Jinhuang powder;patients in the treatment group 2 were treated with green onion water blended with Ruyi Jinhuang powder;patients in the treatment group 3 were treated with honey blended with Ruyi Jinhuang powder.The effective rate of clinical disease control,anal margin edema score,symptom disappearance time,visual analog scale(VAS)score,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in each group were studied after 10 days of treatment in the three groups.Results:After 10 days of treatment,the effective rate of clinical disease control in treatment 3 groups was higher than that of treatment 1 and 2.After 10 days of treatment,the anal marginal edema score and VAS score of the treatment 3 groups were lower than the treatment 1 and 2 treatment groups(P<0.05),the symptom disappearance time was shorter than the treatment 1 and 2 treatment groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 in the effective rate of clinical disease control,anal marginal edema score and symptom disappearance time after 10 days of treatment(P>0.05).After 10 days of treatment,the VAS score of treatment group 1 was lower than that of treatment group 2(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the three groups.Conclusion:Using honey to formulate Ruyi Jinhuang San to treat anal marginal edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgery has a better effect,and is more helpful to improve the condition of anal marginal edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgery in an early stage,promote the early resolution of symptoms,and more effectively reduce pain.
