摘要
目的:观察电针联合耳穴埋豆对混合痔术后疼痛的影响。方法:选取86例行外剥内扎术治疗的混合痔患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组术后给予常规治疗,疼痛剧烈者给予布洛芬缓释胶囊口服,观察组在对照组基础上加用电针联合耳穴埋豆治疗。2组均治疗7 d。比较2组临床疗效、术后不同时间点视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组痊愈率与总有效率分别为72.09%、95.35%,高于对照组48.84%、76.74%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分组因素对VAS评分无影响(P>0.05),时间因素对VAS评分有影响(P<0.05),2组VAS评分均随时间推移而降低,时间因素与分组因素之间不存在交互作用(P>0.05)。观察组术后1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d的VAS评分均低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.65%,对照组不良反应发生率9.30%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针联合耳穴埋豆可促进混合痔术后患者康复,有效缓解术后疼痛。
Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with auricular point seed-pressing for pain after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent external dissection and internal ligation surgery were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group was given routine treatment,and those with severe pain were given lbuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules orally;the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with auricular point seed-pressing based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical effects,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores at different postoperative time points,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the recovery rate and total effective rate were 72.09%and 95.35%in the observation group respectively,higher than those of 48.84%and 76.74%in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Grouping factors had no effect on VAS scores(P>0.05),and time factors had an impact on VAS scores(P<0.05);VAS scores in the two groups were decreased over time,and there was no interaction between time factors and grouping factors(P>0.05).On the first,third,fifth,and seventh day after surgery,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period,differences being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.65%in the observation group and 9.30%in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with auricular point seed-pressing can promote recovery,and effectively alleviate postoperative pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
