摘要
目的研究糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、C肽(CP)与2型糖尿病肝功能异常之间的相关性。方法研究对象为该院2021年3—12月收治的60例2型糖尿病患者,根据HbA1c测量值不同将所有患者分为两组。以HbA1c≤9%的30例患者为A组,以HbA1c>9%的30例患者为B组,分析患者HbA1c、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹C肽(FCP)、餐后2 hC肽(2 hCP)及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、总蛋白(TP)、总胆红素(TB)水平。结果B组FPG、2 hPG水平均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组FCP、2 hCP水平均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组8例患者肝功能指标异常,总异常率为26.67%,B组21例患者肝功能指标异常,总异常率为70.00%,B组肝功能总异常率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组AST、ALT、γ-GT水平均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组TB、TP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2型糖尿病患者肝功能异常与HbA1c水平、血糖水平为正相关,与CP水平为负相关(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者肝功能异常与HbA1c水平、血糖水平为正相关,与CP水平为负相关,有效控制血糖水平可降低肝功能异常发生率。
Objective To study the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),C-peptide(CP)and abnormal liver function in type 2 diabetes.Methods The research subjects were 60 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from March to December 2021.All patients were divided into two groups according to different HbA1c measurements.Take 30 patients with HbA1c≤9%as group A,and 30 patients with HbA1c>9%as group B,analyzed the patients'HbA1c,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),fasting C-peptide(FCP),Postprandial 2 hC peptide(2 hCP)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),γ-glutamyl transferase(γ-GT),total protein(TP),total Bilirubin(TB)levels.Results The levels of FPG and 2 hPG in group B were higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of FCP and 2 hCP in group B were lower than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);eight patients in group A had abnormal liver function indexes,and the total abnormal rate was 26.67%,in group B,21 patients had abnormal liver function indexes,and the total abnormal rate was 70.00%,the total abnormal rate of liver function in group B was higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of AST,ALT andγ-GT in group B were higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of TB and TP between the two groups(P>0.05);abnormal liver function in patients with type 2 diabetes was positively correlated with HbA1c level and blood glucose level,and negatively correlated with CP level(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal liver function in patients with type 2 diabetes is positively correlated with HbA1c level and blood glucose level,and negatively correlated with CP level.Effective control of blood glucose level can reduce the incidence of abnormal liver function.
