摘要
目的:探究基于爱克莱8180糖化血红蛋白分析仪辅助下血清胆红素(TBil)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及血脂联合检验2型糖尿病合并冠心病的应用效果。方法:选择本院收治的62例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为此次研究的观察组,再选择同期入院治疗的59例单纯2型糖尿病患者作为对照组,两组患者均采用基于爱克莱8180糖化血红蛋白分析仪检测血清胆红素、糖化血红蛋白及血脂指标,对两组患者的上述指标进行对比。结果:观察组的TBil、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均低于对照组,该组的HbA1c、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床诊断中联合TBil、HbA1c与血脂进行检验可为患者的治疗提供指导依据。
Objective:To explore the application effect of combined detection of serum bilirubin(TBil),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease based on the aid of the 8180 glycated hemoglobin analyzer.Methods:62 patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group of this study,and 59 patients with simple type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The 8180 glycated hemoglobin analyzer detects serum bilirubin,glycated hemoglobin,and blood lipid indexes,and compares the above indexes between the two groups of patients.Results:The TBil and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The HbA1c,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triacylglycerol(TG),and total cholesterol(TC)in this group)are higher than the control group and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TBil,HbA1c and blood lipids in the clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease can provide guidance for the treatment of patients.
